    Here are just some of the excerpts.

    27. Caucasian, Mike Klingebiel, was a former Public Information Officer at
    USFPD. He was identified by USFPD as exhibiting a “lapse in good judgement" and
    being " unprofessional" in his communications but he was not released from his
    employment with USFPD. Klingebiel was ultimately promoted to Captain. (How's that working out for the PD)

    30. The drafting of the USFPD annual report was previously one of only two
    duties assigned to USFPD Caucasian, employee, Jeff Collins. Collins had one year to
    complete the annual report but failed to do so. He was not discharged.

    39. Plaintiff’s supervisor, Daniel, had a personal relationship with USF’s
    Human Resources Director Beverly Daly. Daly would come to the USFPD to visit
    Daniel on numerous occasions. This caused Plaintiff to feel that she could not complain
    to HR about Daniel. (This affected about everyone who wanted to file complaints. How can you complain to HR when the guy you want to complain about is boinking the person who you potentially have to bring the complaint to or who would at least have a say so in how the complaint is handled. This relationship started long before he became chief.)

    56. Daniel often demeaned women in discussions with USF personnel including:
    a. Saying USF female President Genshaft had one too many facelifts and that
    she talked like a man (Daniel makes fun of everyone because he can and no one calls him on it)
    b. Referring to female reporter Tina Jensen as an idiot
    c. Referring to USFPD female Captain Meg Ross as an idiot and
    incompetent (Who hasn't he said this to)
    d. USF female Associate Professor Dr. Lorie Fridell is a former Director of
    Research at the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) and a national
    expert on biased policing. Daniel called her an idiot. (You know who you are and you have proof of this)

    82. Daniel, had a prior personal relationship with USF’s Interim Director of
    Students Rights and Responsibility Maria Zale. Zale is also a former employee of the
    USFPD. Zale would come to the USFPD to visit Daniel on numerous occasions. (We all know there's been many more)

    83. Daniel shared with Plaintiff, during and after work hours, how distraught
    he was when Maria Zale announced her engagement to another. Daniel was so bothered
    by Zale's engagement that he would take sick time from work.

    Everyone knows what Daniel is capable of and things he has done. He covers for those he likes. He punishes those who get in his way. He sleeps his way around the University. He manipulates funds and grants. He smack talks everyone to anyone then goes after people for talking just like him and thinks people are gossiping or have bad morale. He gets away with everything. He must have a child porn tape of God or something as collateral because that guy is untouchable and everyone around him covers for him out of fear. If you have the goods on this man or for that matter anyone in the upper ranks of the PD let it out. It's time for a good ole disinfecting. Now is the time.

    More like WHO else has he done. I can think of one dispatcher, maybe two. Let's not forget all the people screwed over by him (you noobs ask sometime who has been there longer than you've been out of high school). Time for new leadership. Calling your Captian an idiot, having relationships with UP employees, executive staff members.... and those are just the ones we know about. This is no person to represent USF or continue to be in law enforcement.
