With the climate towards law enforcement right now, people wanting cops dead or defunded, Covid 19 and people losing jobs... people at this agency continue to bash each other over things that don't involve them.

When will you people get it? We are all on the same team. We are lucky to have jobs right now, there are plenty of people being let go from employment. Who know's what will happen with the university and its financial status. We do know our dept will get the short end of the stick.

There are people still rioting and or protesting and now a militia walking around in all black with automatic weapons trying to intimidated people on a daily basis.

One of us could be killed one day just because we are a cop. Yes it's a university and the chances are smaller I know, but now more than ever it's a reality.

Canine program was introduced, attempted and applied for by someone known years ago..she was an incredible individual who has since passed but the university did not feel a need for it at that time.. she put in a lot of work and was encouraged by Command Staff, at that time, to do all the footwork and present all the paperwork, only to be turned down it was an ultimate slap in her face....typical for our department.... historically full of BS that puts on a good Stage Show.
