So, what did he do? I dont get into the gossip much. I keep as far away from the main as I can, so I dont pay attention to much of what they do or say daily. I'm not 26 on what he did here?

Yeah. It's amazing. He had a hand in the termination of a deputy who used 'offensive language' in his own home on his own time though there was no one there to offend. Meanwhile, hes said much worse while in uniform and on duty more than once. Nothing. My bet is that there wont be nothing either.
