I'm not saying don't have an opinion or play dumb or don't tell the truth, but issues within the Sheriff's Office needs to stay in house. Throwing it out there in a public way makes NO ONE look good and only gives criminals a way to weasel out of their cases in court. They can come on here and get enough info to look credible with the judges and the State Attorney. Cops have to face enough crap during the average work day and posting smack on here voluntarily ain't making it a damn bit easier.

Well maybe we shouldn't be doing things that have to be covered up. This is how the public looses faith in us. We should conduct ourselves like the public knows exactly what we are doing, but we don't. We do have scandals under this administration that should not have happened, but to get on here and tell people to keep quiet is exactly why these type of things happen. The special ops Lt should have been fired for falsifying time sheets, but it didn't happen. Why? I don't know. It happened under Johnson's watch and only he can answer that. Instead of any type of discipline Johnson promotes him from Sgt to Lieutenant. It's not smack if it's the truth. You are right we do face enough crap on a day to day basis, so why does the admin do stuff like this that kills morale?
