Should be a Level 5, automatic dismissal. Adios, good bye, smell you later. But depends on who you are.

One was either fired or "allowed to retire" after being found out years ago. He also was taking money from the schools for Signal 15s he didn't do.

It has happened again. This time no one was fired or disciplined. It was covered up and then they promoted the person

He was the one who: falsified time sheets, took sig 15 money without actually working the details at a school, and when he was caught carrying an unauthorized sidearm in place of his issued sidearm on duty in uniform, he lied to his supervisor. Then he also lied when I said he had qualified with the unauthorized sidearm, as well as the fact he was a no-show on range day. Any type of dishonest act should be career killers.

    But so should:

Getting caught looking at porn on duty, especially with agency computers. Names are in abundance, but Scott Haines is one of them.

Using your SRSO vehicle to get some booty hole, even if the other party is SRSO personnel. Scott Haines, again.

Going missing for several hours, while on duty, while at an apartment with a female that is not the spouse, after disconnecting your GPS. Davis Goodwin

Tasing your significant other, after stalking family members in your SRSO vehicle. Anna Jones

Leaving a weapon on your car while going inside the sally port. Bailey Avery.

Failing to complete a couple of dozen Sig 20 reports. Davis Goodwin, again.

    Lying in court. Ricky Cotton

Bringing a sex toy to work by a CAPTAIN should be, at a minimum, demotion AND suspension. Scott Haines, again.
