Well Steadman, its time to tell the whole truth. The person you are referring to had a multitude of issues for which he sought PBA help and got screwed each time. So, on this last screw up the officer was toast. He no longer trusted the PBA because he knew they wouldn’t fight for him. And, even after having ALL the odds against him we worked out a deal which was fine with him to keep his FRS and stay gainfully employed.
Had we, the PLEA lawyers, been involved in the previous cases he would never have faced a last chance agreement like PBA Pu$$y attorneys convinced him to sign.
So, you can talk all the BS smack you wish to but we salvaged what PBA created for the poor guy. But, then again, PBA has a reputation for leaving officers out in the wind to fend for themselves and even more disgusting is PBA has a record and reputation for violating Attorney/client privileges.
