Israel was given an opportunity to lead BSO and make it a well-respected agency, but instead failed on all levels. BSO under his leadership became a college case study on how not to run a police agency. The returning of Israel would only serve to further embarrass Broward County.

Pollock will now be provided the opportunity to turn BSO around and heal this broken agency, which was brought to its knees by Israel. If he should fail, then the public will vote him out and replace him as well.
