While the barber is cutting.. the cid command is opening up case files and seeing what detectives are doing and trying to set them up. Once an IA RAT... always an IA RAT!!!

The CID Captain should investigate himself for being a fraudulent captain. Between the the little Napoleon Captain and the goof ball major these two could not investigate a crime even if it took place right in front of them.

The worst command staff ever!
They went after the best two detectives they have in the Homicide Unit, without success of course.
The command staff insecurity is evident.
