My name is Amy Upshaw and my Easter sucked with out these parades. First time in 75 year parade was cancelled. I blame one person Country Boy better known as Supper ****** because he likes to fight blacks in Dunbar. I'm a member of the Dunbar Parade Committee. Country Boy had a secret meeting with Saeed City Manager to cancel these parade. Me and the other committee members demanded a meeting with Lieutenant Tellius to justify he reasoning. I's had the NAACP there also as back up.

He didn't show up in uniform, he was wearing cowboy boots, wrangler jeans, a red Trump for President shirt. He also was wearing a red Trump lets make Ameica Great again shit hat. During the meetsing he keeps referring to Coronavirus. I stills don't thanks it fare to cancel Dunbar parade buts not the Edison Parade. My next step is filing a complaint with Streets.

Amy, you made a demand or request to the Chief for the meeting to be a formal meeting without the Lieutenant wearing a police uniform which supposedly is so intimating to your Dunbar Committee. So, therefore, you asked for a dress attire from a police officer which made you and your people from the NAACP feel comfortable. So, therefore the Lieutenant wore a dress attire that was comfortable and appealing to himself. Amy you had the NAACP as back up at the meeting. I can guarantee the Lieutenant had a Smith and Wesson Shields tucked in one of his boots as his back up. Amy, could you please ask the NAACP to pay for you to attend some type of drug rehab program.
