What a waste of money on new PA systems

The only valid reason I can think of as to why the city decided to have those PA pre-recorded announcers installed was mainly because most of your officers can't "espeek" proper english "meng"

In that case Hialeah PD is long overdue. That sergeant can't talk english if his life depended on it.

Another bad management move, why even waste city budget on that if this is just a temporary situation we are in. Instead of using the money to continue to better the department in other ways. But I agree broken ass English Meng !!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
