Well with all of yours wetting your pants over his, Yes stupid comments and action. Maybe on his way out, he'll give payback to those on here laughing at his misfortune. Given all that he's gotten away with over the years, did it every occur to anyone, that he has the dirt on some? City hall is looking for a way out for him that would appease, those offended. Not his firing! I find the department has different standards, for certain people. Me, being white, call a black person a ni$$er, I get fired. A black officer, calls them that all the time. If he utters a racist's slur to a white, nothing happens. Department policy, R&R and civil service rules are all open to interpretation. He (might) if he came back be a Sgt. given how it's said he lied on both test over his race and be working the property unit for a real long time. Javi, is not out of the fight yet!!
