    another drinking video

    it appears the drunk lieutenant is caught on video drinking again on duty sunday. the bald corporal turned it into the chief and his deputy. can the chief keep it hidden from this commission and manager. He protected the snake last time and it cost him his job will he do it again.

    That was the first mistake, turning it in to the last person who should have gotten it. What was he (not) thinking?
