In Police Services, what "quality of cases?" At this moment in time, for MDPD's senior command staff, nothing is more important than the safety and wellbeing of fellow officers in patrol. We are not talking about Homicide, Sexual Battery or Robbery cases, those must continue unimpeded, but within Police Services, every swinging badge should be assessed for immediate re-deployment to the Districts.
