Are these picks coming from the Circuit or Regional levels?

We have 3 Specialists. All are in Office everyday. They all have option but decided to work in car or office. At home is a big made up bs story. Officer's are not accessible for emergencies as they are supposed to be. Especially Specialist that supervising the most high risk. I heard a CPS in Tampa that has not been to his office in over 2 weeks. Unless they are out in car seeing offender's and making themselves available to local PD, then its BS.

Does the Department really think they are working at home? One of my coworkers said it took them two days to complete a VOP at the house. Lets look at their home work schedule. Get up at 0930, but start at 0800. Bring up vop from forms. Take dog out for a one hour walk. Start lunch for the kids at 11am and feed the family at noon. At 1330 hours start back on vop. At 1430 hours, watch the kids in the pool until 1630 hours. At 1630 hours to 1700 hours, work on VOP. And you wonder why it took 2 days to finish the VOP??

It takes an incredibly disciplined individual to effectively work at home. Too many distractions. I couldn't do it

And, nether are they. In the end, they are stealing from every tax paying person in Florida. Makes them no better than the people they are supervising.

Out of a eight hour day, you would be lucky if they work two hours while at home.

So, who is calling the shots? Is it Circuit? Is it Region? Or is it the Central Office?

Look at he bright side, at least you don't have to go in the field for A MINIMUM of 64 hours a month like they made us do to make themselves look good. A completely made up rule that if you didn't do it you were in big trouble. But we got the last laugh when in April, because of this stupid rule, Region 3 had used up the entire states travel budget!!
