In his tiny mind he was showing that he's a leader (tyrant) and by belittling everyone that showed up to support their fallen brother, he was showing them in his mind that they (the deputies there) should be angry at the union because Jeff is more focused in getting us the proper ppe equipment instead of mourning the loss of one of our deputies.

A no confidence vote is in order and the union has a responsibility now to put it to the membership. I believe it will be an overwhelming majority that will vote no confidence in this fraud sell out unstable psychopath.
