The jail administration is doing the minimum to protect staff. Cant wear protective masks for the following reasons: It may cause an inmate to panic. There are no protect masks to be found !!!
The brass are more concerned in continuing with bussiness as usual rather than get in front of the virus. Example, Inmates are still receiving haircuts even though the CDC closed public barber shops weeks ago. If the virus gains a foot hold in the jail it will be devastating.

Everywhere it has been detected, it already has a foothold. The ONLY reason you don't hear about all of the infected inmates at the PCSO jail is because Bob is withholding testing on ALL inmates. That way he can still say "there are no confirmed cases of Covid-19 at the jail" with a straight face to the cameras. One inmate was confirmed to have it three days after he was released with symptoms over two weeks ago. I would estimate that there is between a 5% and 10% infection rate there now and soon to be a lot more. Just like in every other closed quarters scenario the virus infects.

Bob has not tested a single inmate. That is a fact. He basically waits to see if they get sicker. That's his method for determining the level of outbreak. Bob has never stated he has tested any inmates, but he HAS said he tested DC workers. There ARE ways for me to know that information.
