the head of the organization sets the tone for everyone to follow .... at this moment, I wouldn’t blame the new Director for anything, the man has been #1 for a week.... but JP definitely started something very very bad, it’s definitely under his tenure that cops where told not to do police work, not fight crime, not look for criminals, not enforce laws.... no amount of community give always, barbecues and whatever other bullshit can substitute looking for crime and criminals, tough on crime, tough on criminals.... that’s how u get love from the community and respect and fear from criminals ..... period ...
