No I got it and understood the statute before this event. Some people make mistakes. It happens. Apparently you can’t see the other side of the coin from a first responder’s point of view. Because anyone with reasonable intelligence would be able to see that as well. Well, not everyone. Tard (pssst, that’s you).

Ohhhhh!!!! It’s a military thing? And apparently exclusive to soldiers who have been in the
Middle East? Interesting. How about Africa, does that count? ROE are not that strict depending on where you are and what status the military is in. In a theatre of war an armed combatant is fair game. ROE doesn’t say shit about the position of a weapon and the stature of the subject. Its about acting in defense of your life or others and in defense of critical positions, weapons and equipment. A slung AK is different how from a shouldered AK in the ready gun position? Half a second apart? And you can not compare a theatre of war to a densely populated civilian environment Stateside. That’s ridiculous. Anyone who has learned anything about active shooters in the USA would be very and rightfully concerned about a dude standing in public with an AR15 slung. The conversation could have gone differently. The contact could have gone differently. But it’s done. GTFOH

Ohhhh. When a deputy makes a huge mistake and intentionally violates the Constitution he swore an oath to, it's a "mistake". Got it. When the entire PCSO agency does it routinely, what do you cal that? SMH
