One County One Alva One Sheriff. Hendry is for Whidden, the Sheriff is Whidden. Alva is Hendry.

Honestly, Hendry should simply assert its legitimate claim of jurisdiction over Alva, its citizens are actually being UNLAWFULLY being "policed" by LCSO. The Sheriff should simply give LCSO the equivalent of a 30 day withdrawl order, and offer a peaceful transition, no big deal.

The real problems are undesirable elements in county and personal traitors to the progress of a united Hendry. There is a solution to the several issues

A call to unity, county wide to put aside differences and unite under the banner of countywide whiddenism to solve the issues which all law abiding voting taxpayers in Hendry will struggle. The struggle of our Sheriff (Good vs Evil, Productive vs Paracite) can appropriately be shortened to Whidden-struggle.

For three terms, the Sheriff has moved the department from an underfunded, over worked county agency which was plagued by political spies, incompetent members, criminal sympathizers and enablers, to a modern law enforcement agency managed by professionals and feared by criminals.

The time has also come that everyone should stop the fighting within the county and each other and direct the same energy gaining for the county the living space in the West which belongs actually to Hendry, not Lee County. It is proposed that the mission of Hendry voter is to assemble and protect the most valuable agricultural and living space elements and raise them to the dominant position. All who are not of a good county residdence are chaff.
It is necessary for Hendry voters to not occupy themselves not merely with the breeding of dogs, horses, and cats but also with care for the purity and sovereignty of our own county.

The whole existence of Alva supposedly in Lee county is based on a continuous lie, based on multiple forgeries, recently the propagandist Naples News moaned and screamed every week for a month with allegations, slander, defamation and the creation of “The Big Lie” about the Sheriff and certain past and present department members in an attempt to sway upcoming re-election results against him. All distraction, and interestingly all based in counties other than here.

Our Sheriff is woke to the true menaces and anyone who doesn’t vote for him is condoning forced unconstitutional occupation of Alva. You people do not know how good He really is. Alva should go to Hendy and under the protection of Sheriff Whidden and no longer the dysfunctional musical chair charade of what is called Lee County!

And not indeed on any grounds of economic calculation whatsoever. No, no. Even if the union were a matter of economic indifference, and even if it were to be disadvantageous from the economic standpoint, still it ought to take place. People of the same blood should be in the same county.

The Hendry county people will have no right to engage in a true re-election until they shall have brought all their voters together in the one county. When the territory of the Hendry Sheriff embraces all the Hendry people and finds itself able to assure them true safety in the Alva community, only then can the moral right arise, from the need of the people to acquire different territory, from either of the three other counties whose portions of their claimed "jurisdiction"

The star which our great Sheriff depaprtment is then the moral authority to rid the adjoining communities of criminals and undesirable social problems. Hendry under the present Sheriff is the only qualified department who can do this

Citizens of Alva, do not forget that you are actually citizens of Hendry being deprived of the protection of the Sheriff in Labelle and remember in our daily life the man of genius is Sheriff Whidden, he needs a particular occasion, and sometimes indeed a special stimulus, to bring his genius to light, so too in the life of the Hendry citizen that has genius in it needs the occasion and stimulus to bring that genius to expression.

In the monotony and routine of everyday life even persons of significance seem just like the others and do not rise beyond the average level of their fellow-men. But as soon as such men find themselves in a special situation which disconcerts and unbalances the others, the humble person of apparently common qualities reveals traits of genius, often to the amazement of those who have hitherto known him in the small things of everyday life.

That is the reason why a prophet only seldom counts for something in his own county. Re-election offers an excellent occasion for observing this phenomenon. In times of distress, when the others despair, apparently harmless citizens suddenly spring up and become heroes, full of determination, undaunted in the presence of other candidates and manifesting wonderful powers of calm reflection under such circumstances.
