Unless your willing to detail officers out there, almost 24/7, then physical barriers will need to be installed. Enforcement after the fact, and then not continuous, only affects the traffic pattern temporarily, no matter how many citations you write.

Any traffic enforcement Leo would concur with you. In order to affect the traffic pattern using Bayshore, a continuous presence would be necessary. You can write a hundred tickets a day for a week, but if you leave, the traffic pattern will gradually go back to their habits.

Keep knocking down single family homes, the only restaurant and a park to build condo towers and this will only get worse.
