When there is no dispatcher on duty which happens on a regular basis the officer has to carry a cell phone to answer any calls that would normally be answered or handed by an on duty dispatcher.
In addition to patrolling the campus. Most times there is one officer. Imagine if some real crime was to occur.

I have to agree. If they would just get rid of one Lt., morale on this department would raise to new heights and a lot of complaints among officers would probably disappear. Anyone that has worked for him even a short time knows him for what he is and how he treats you as an employee under him.
