What does USFSP need an EOC for? After all the senseless school shootings most of the officers are still not trained up and qualified to carry a carbine.
Where will they carry it? They have no take home or even assigned cars.
After talking with the officers there you can see the low morale. It seems that their leadership is not listening or cares.
What happened to the EOC buddy that was hired? A vacant office.
Officers understaffed ,underequiped and poorly trained. Gross favoritism to one female officer. How can you say you earned accreditation with these issues.
No dispatchers to cover shifts, officers who are not 911 certified are carrying the dispatcher cell phones. Yet all is well.
