    How low can you go

Post your squad numbers. How low can we go? How many deputies did you have “LOGGED IN”, not have on the books, but actually physically here working on your shift??

Ill start! Last night. 5. Keep in mind citizens... 4 zones per squad. We require 4 early cars, 4 late, and on days they require 4 mid shift units. Thats 12 MINIMUM during peak hours! Not to mention floaters to cover the sick, which years ago were 2 minimum! That 14 units we should have. Most squads hover at about 4 to 8.

Plus add all these new state orders and lets see if this agency’s negligence to staff us will keep us from enforcing them. Not to mention the default HCSO admin crap they make us do!

Plus these stupid calls they keep exposing us to and getting us sick. Why are we going to parking violation calls?? During a pandemic crisis??

Why do we still go to retail theft calls? Unless they are disturbances or violence, we should only be escorting people out!!!! Not sitting in a cesspool that are those loss prevention offices with possibly infected people doing APADs and JAAPs because some dumbasss stole 40 dollars worth of crap! All for secretarial duties????

This agency is truly run by dumbasses!!!!

No biitch. If you lack the ability to not set us up for failure, then we will just keep talking shiit and become sluggs. Why make up the difference of poor staffing by pushing us to burn out? Fukk you. I work no faster than I should. I work as if I had a full staff.

For leadership that doesn’t want to unnecessarily expose patrol to non-priority/nonsense calls, they’re doing a garbage job getting the message across to the comm center and seeing that through. Guess we need to wait until a few deps get severely sick so CC can publicly declare his concern on BayNews9

And take stages pictures of himself visiting us in the hospital, so he can post his concern online.

There’s already deputies who may have been exposed and have been tested and quarantined waiting on results. Just wait until that spreads to others if you think it’s bad now.
