You may think your the boss in your head, but you really aren’t. I hope he’s enjoying retirement and hopefully you will too someday. Grow up and stop embarrassing our department and profession. Civilians read this crap and it just makes our jobs more difficult to overcome the distrust.

Good maybe they will stop supporting pols who allow that sort of shit to go on. That's not a leader and it's wrong to let the public think that person is great when they are not.

He would tell the corona virus that he is stronger than it, then cry, then pray & then demote it, and then blame someone else. Then he would tell the corona he loves him & wants to be loved back.

Current officer era to include the last 7 years worst ever in department history. Obviously lots of hurt feelings on here.

I agree, officers are more difficult than ever to deal with, millennials to no fault of their own. JP inherited difficult circumstances and a below average candidate selection pool to work with. Imagine babysitting officers with a badge and gun. We as officers are our own worst enemies and should blame ourselves. Look at this site it’s nothing but a bunch of whiners and complainers What’s that old saying about chicken salad........ Good luck moving forward as the applicants ain’t getting any better. Quit your crying and do your job.

Just watch the appointment ceremony, Daddy was controlling them puppet strings, place is pathetic, looking at the so called screening of us, the ones on the front lines and not one effort to really test us!

JP also instructed the training bureau to soften up on the candidates & came across as Mr. Friendly Director. He’s the reason the chain of command is no longer respected.

    The guy was a joke.
