RB also screwed over other good people besides BM. He would have screwed over his own mother if he thought it would buy him one more day with the department. He left the agency with not one ounce of dignity or respect from anyone. No legacy, no nothing - other than being known for being spinless. Glad he got what he deserved. He left despised.

Do you people have any idea how. many bad liens were filled against properties due to this guy. Liens filed in total disregard for state law. They are now starting to come to light by title companies and real estate attorneys. They are actionable in civil cases known as "clouding a title." The former manager was adamant about following the law. WJ didn't even know what the law was. We tried to tell him but he would not listen. Oh well, who gives a damn anyway? Soon!!!

The state law is pretty clear on code enforcement. The state laws are taught at Florida's School of Government - in South Florida at FAU. Besides the law they teach the current court case laws on the subject. There are four week long courses with state exams and verifications. There are multiple one day specific ongoing training classes. Maybe someone should have been hired who could pass basic level one, and not fail it! Many jurisdictions are being sued with high dollar consequences for failure to follow the laws. The city attorney used to tell us that we were the best functioning code enforcement division of any city he had seen, and he said he had seen many. Now it is the worst of any city!! Funny thing - even a lawn mower repair man would know that the state laws should be followed. By the way, we are talking about tens of thousands of dollars of liens here, and not in total - but on multiple single properties. Many fraudulently gotten and filed against property titles.
