Looks like an arrest warrant may have just been issued for the pastor of this church. But, I agree with the above poster. These orders are blatantly unconstitutional. So this should get very interesting. Grab your popcorn folks because every attorney in their right mind is going to be trying to represent this pastor in civil litigation cases that are sure to come.

The attorneys specializing in religious freedoms, and constitutional rights, will have a field day with this one. Even organizations such as the ACLU might take this one up.

On a side note, is the Sheriff going to afford this pastor the same privilege of just being let out of jail, like all the non-violent prisoners he just up and released. If not, why not? And if so, then why arrest him in the first place?
