And here is the reason most wont vote for you. Then upper command did not earn those position’s and they should not be in them. I would rather see someone else elected and people fired or demoted. These people are sheep and we need leader’s. So keep being politically correct and you are not what you claim to be.

Like I said each one will be evaluated. I did not state I am keeping everyone in place. There are those that were promoted that should not have been. Each person will be handled on a case by case basis. I know that there are good people in the agency that want to do the right thing. It would do more harm to be like past Sheriffs. They would bring in a staff from their past agencies and basically screw the BSO personnel. Now Lamberti made the mistake of keeping Kenne Jenne's people and became over politicized, Politics over the department. So, like I said each one will be looked at. I will also work with Jeff Bell and I'm sure he will be honest with me as to who is doing what. He looks out for the best interest of the employees. You could tell from his radio appearance. The same with DoD and Fire. I know I could call old Oakland Park people that were LT's Captains. some became Police Chiefs in other states etc. and do like other candidates have done. I will work from the inside, not the outside. So when the time comes I'm sure the union leaders will help me in that situation. We all will work together not like your Phony Tony.

Ok Mr. Whatley. We don't know you at all, have never seen your face but do like your message. It seems that the opportunity to debate is diminishing with the virus. While we couldn't go as far to make generous donations because we 've already donated to Tony and are now disappointed, how exactly can we get the word out to assist you with the campaign?
Do you have enough money for a mailer with your photo on it and a few bullet points? If not, how much money would you need for that? It's possible to pull the republicans away from Tony at this point, possibly a large chunk of moderate democrats, but there's no telling how many lefty lefts are coming out to vote. With the very low turnout for Sanders, and all the settling for Biden, it's not impossible, but time is ticking away and we need to know who you are. Dont make the mistake of being the next Fondo as a candidate. Years of experience is NOT what voters are interested in. It makes you look like part of the solution and Tony being an outsider was what got people behind him in January. Now he's one of them. Voters want a PLAN that addresses PROBLEMS. They want to know what to do about the afterschool problems that are infecting neighborhoods. Tony is a default candidate at this point. Preaching to the BSO choir won't get you there. Yes, good morale is very important. Of course cops should be paid more and have better benefits, all true. But, many of those folks live outside of the county and can't pull you over the finish line. You need to get in the ear of reps from some large voter blocks. The North end of the county considers themselves without a candidate that has anything different to offer than Israel. What's your plan to engage VOTERS?

1. Kicked out of police - Nope. I was in the police academy and lonely had two weeks for graduation almost done. I had a friend arriving from the USMC to FLL and requested from senior cadet to check if I could leave early to pick him up> He came back later and said go ahead and go. The next day I was called into the office for being awol. when questioned he denied giving me permission. I served in the Marines I know not to leave without permission. It got to the point of a heated exchange with that cadet, because my ass was on the line. I resigned that afternoon, the academy received a letter from me and I informed the class and wished them good luck. Luckily after that person graduated it was found that he did lie and people felt bad. Two instructors happened to be with Oakland Park and they knew my skills, grades in the high 90 percentile. I applied to Oakland Park did the test and was back in the Academy two months later. Sooner or later the truth is revealed. I became class president, received the academic honors award and high shooter. After the merger with BSO Major Verona ( the previous chief of Deerfield Beach ), learned that I was at Oakland Park and he put a letter in my file that I was fired. Typical BSO games, I'm sure other employees have dealt with that. I was ticked, of course reps told me leave it alone you just had the merger. Don't cause trouble.

2. Many write ups - I think there is a reprimand for being late in the 90's. During a nasty divorce my vest mysteriously disappeared. Reprimand for equipment. and a late report during hurricane Wilma. I turned in a report late with permission from a SGT that was taking Percocet for a neck injury. XO had me written up. To make it clear there is nothing involving political corruption. Numerous commendations and The Gold Cross award, deputy of the month etc. recipient of awards from private firms for Valor.

3. Sleeping- Yes this has happened. I would go to bed at 8 or 9 pm and I would be in my car and pass out. with the change in the insurance based on politics it took over six months to receive the proper medical treatment. Over time I had gained weight up to 213 pounds. after the events started occurring . I saw a doctor as new patient waited three weeks to get in. After telling the symptoms he did blood work next available appointment three weeks. Blood work comes back good. Then this specialist than that specialist each time I was a new patient and everyone has been through this wait three weeks to a month to get in. Over time it was found that I had ( high Blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, Sever obstructive sleep apnea). I lost weight took my meds it took over six months to get my mask and had a procedure to remove tissue in the back of my mouth. So you see this took a while to get done. People at work knew this and were constantly updated. The great football player Reggie White died from this, so don't make it sound like Chuck was lazy and took a nap. Nope

4. Forced out- I don't think so, nine months after the airport shooting. Still the constant speeches of no matter what happened our priority is customer service to BCAD and the airlines. Translation - don't protect the public serve the will of the airlines and BCAD. I had 28 years in service I checked with HR on what my pay would be. I have two pensions Oakland Park and FRS. I net almost $ 6,200.00 per month in my pensions. Florida is expensive I could live fat on that pay in Carolina or other states. Ask Captain Liddicot Sgt Ray Morell. all were shocked that I was leaving.

So I'm not perfect, but honest. It's all about the truth. Trudel pays his ex so much money. I still net more than him and I'm not working. Who is the fool now ?
