My stats are among the highest in the agency. My problem is that I refuse to drink the koolaid. Those in specialized units are small peckered and using butt cream.

I’m not sure what kind of Kool-Aid people in the units you want to be a part of drink to have to get there. Sounds like you want to be in street crimes or some high liability unit but keep getting passed up. Do work, get your name out there, and transfer to a specialized unit. Has nothing to do with “drinking the kool-aid”.
