This place sucks. The same officers go from specialized unit to specialized units. The rest of us in patrol don't have a chance. It's time to sit back and respond to calls only. Time to respond just like the fire department, only when a call comes in. Let the robbers and car thiefs have at it. GREAT MORALE BOOSTER.

Does your productivity on patrol qualify you to be in any of these units? Have you done anything to get your name out there for people to talk about when transfer requests come out? If you don’t do anything (or don’t do enough), your name won’t be heard...... and if your name isn’t heard, you won’t even be considered. It’s pretty simple.
