Second, if youre SWAT, apparently you don't have to do full probation on a shift before being promoted above your abilities.

When Allday is not in the training building it is a wonderful place of men and women working getting the job done. When he is in that building or at the range he sucks the oxygen away from people who need it. He brings chaos and confusion and needless BS every where he goes trying to control everyone around him. He is not capable of listening. He drains energy and puts everyone on edge with his fat silly self. Huh he didn’t get a promotion?
