    Officer Adrian Santos

Based on what has been posted, it is a disgrace to believe that he was arrested two months after he is seen on video snorting "what appears to be cocaine" for possession. I hope he wins the fight and sues all involved parties for violating his rights.

Since when does Miami SAO, who works so hard to drop every case that comes through their door, decides to want to prosecute someone with "what appears to be" in possession of cocaine? "Oh because it's a cop. No tangible evidence, no problem. We got you chief culona. This will make our agencies look good to the public."

It's a shame that if SAO's work ethic to prosecute cops was to be the same to prosecute violent and repeat offenders.

Listen it’s not if the state attorney can win or lose the case it’s a win win for them. We know that Santos was snorting cocaine it’s on video and he failed to take a drug test. Now he has several fights. A criminal and if he wins that an administrative one to get his job back. The state will offer him to give up his certification and they will drop everything. If he doesn’t prepare to spend money.

Santos attorney Johnny Cunill was a City of Miami Police officer who got fired or resigned because he refused to submit to a drug test. Now he's representing police officers who do drugs. Amazing!!!!!

The bigger question is what’s the relationship between Santos and the Reyes brothers and Cunill and Maxine Valdez. Then Cunill and Santos and the FOP of the past.

Where have you all been? He refused a puss test after returning and was terminated. End of story. His lawsuit is frivolous and Cunill knows it. That f@*k and Buschel will one day push the limits and the FL supreme court won't side with us and we will loose our rights.

That a easy question. The past FOP (baby d, clueless lugo) allowed for the officer rights to be violated, thus causing Santo hiring an outside counsel because of screw up that was allowed to happen.

He will win his job back on a technicality not Because of the FOP.
