Well Morgan is not running so that reign of lunacy arrogance incompetence and childishness will end. The question is, what will replace it. If Haines maintains employment at any capacity other than a road Deputy it is a HUGE mistake. One could view it as an opportunity to prove he is loyal to this agency and that he is a real Deputy. Let him have a year or two on the road and if he does the job just like everyone else let him work his way up JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. Virtually everyone at captain and above should have the situational awareness to go to the bottom and let Simmons build his team unless SIMMONS wants then up there. He chose NONE of them as far as we know but maybe he supports a few. He should know that RR, Q, MJ, MG, SA, AH and maybe others have undercut him since day one and do NOT like him. Simmons would in fact do well to bring some folks in from the outside to level the playing field and he would know those are men and women who truly work for him and will implement his vision. I can think of several people outside of ECSO who have the experience and leadership ability and servant ability to change the culture of this place and make it a first class outfit
