It seems to me that FMPD has lowered there standards of hiring. FMPD should not hire based off of skin color or nationality. they should hire the most qualified candidate. If DD cannot hire qualified candidates why is he still the Chief? This guy needs to go and someone needs to come in a clean house. For instance, Officers who have had a DUI (how can they be non-bias when pulling over a suspected under the influence driver) someone who has been baker acted several times (A fit for duty test would be conducted) and officers who beat up one kid in a bar (You're Fired, **** your PBA). So I do not blame the officers, it all starts from the top. Without the proper hiring procedure and an admin who actually pays attention, some officers will run rogue.
