PBA has got to go
The time for fresh change is in order. PBA is so consumed wit helping State Corrections that we fall by the wayside. They just only pay attention to us because of the vote to leave them. It’s too little too late.
As it turns out I found out that units are leaving the PBA in droves. We need to cut our loses.

PBA and FDLE are to chummy
PBA and FDLE work behind the scene WAY to much to force out and pressure those targeted to resign. They do NOT have your best interest at all in mind. They are puppet representation for EI to punish those not in the "Club".

Get over yourself
Are you whiners serious right now? Do you know how many years state LEO's were given raises by the Legislature while correctional officers got NOTHING? The PBA did that. Now they're trying to get the CO's a few crumbs and you're complaining?
I'm no fan of the PBA but facts are facts.

Agree..... we have gotten raises when DOC didn’t. What We need to push for is a minimum salary like the teachers are getting this year. All 1st Responders should have a minimum starting salary.
