Sadly that commission tried to do the right thing and get rid of the trash in the city. The trash didn't like Velken because he was also taking care of the trash and saw it for who they were. Nipples is back because of the politics and BS and now the trash is happy again. The ebb and flow of the village, the tide will change again eventually and the damage will be done. Sadly our trash takes decades to decay and only newer trash is getting piled on top.
