    Double Jeopardy agency

This agency with its CJSTC mafia. Are enforcing Double jeopardy standards on officers after they have had been punished by an agency. They suspend of certifications only to allow the agency to determine when his suspension is active and not active. Day he works it will be active and the days he had off it’s not active to complete a suspension. They even said in meeting there is no point to CJSTC hearings. That’s it’s all the departments issues to deal with the officers. FDLE and CJSTC need to be disbanded immediately.

Are you clueless? Disband CJSTC? First of all CJSTC is commission that sets rules and policies for certified officers and corrections. The commission is made up of various law enforcement personnel that is a mix of executives (chiefs/sheriff's), officers rank of sergeant or below, civilian with no law enforcement background etc. and others. They set the very standards for becoming an officer, maintain being an officer and discipline among other things. Agencies discipline in different ways and some have let major issues go. The commission is needed to ensure those that don't deserve to be officers are not among other things.

The real problem are the Execs that are untouchable. FDLE is prime example #1.
