MG is always willing to pitch anyone overboard when they either make him look bad, or no longer kiss his huge rear. That’s been the case since he was on shift as a slick sleeve. Chip and the sheriff have been talking about JP and the do-nothing gun crime unit. They see that JP is useless. That is reflecting on MG.

What has JP done since he took over gun crimes several years ago? Any big cases? Any reduction in shootings?

No, instead there is a shadow gun unit working without JP, and that one is pointing out JPs flaws and laziness. JP has killed relationships, started fights within the agency, and has done it all because of the boat and his wife. He doesn’t even know how to investigate much less teach or lead someone else to.

Take Haines and Gilmore and put them in those jolly green giant generalissimo uniforms with bags over there heads and it’s hard to tell them apart not just the girth of green but the same plan of morale destruction and sneaky behavior. And he obviously does their bidding. He’s even will to take Haines into his unit to hell protect his fat arrogant buddy when May comes around after he’s off yet another cruise. With all these cruises when does county work get done? Reading some of those messages shows county work is not top priority but their poor reputations and media coverage and vacations are their top priorities. And maybe a few extra dinner guests as well for those special dinners.
