Jimmy has been a cry baby *****er from day one. He has always been lazy. Every shift or unit he goes to want to get rid of him after a very short time. That's why he gets past around so much. In a social setting he is a nice guy and funny and fun to hang around. But no body wants to work with him because his true colors show.

You are correct. Lots of fun and good entertainment funny jokes. The unit up there has been a game show with Gilmore as the host yeah everyone knows jimmy is bad lazy

Yeah every shift or unit he has been in has drama because of him. He's a plague every where he goes. He sticks people with his work and cry's and tells on people who he doesn't like it agree with. Jimmy has always been a sorry person. He talks to everyone like crap and wonders why he gets complained on so much. There is a time to talk harshly to some people who don't understand anything else but you don't need to talk to everyone like they are a piece of shit.

Yeah it is pretty interesting how arrogant jimmy comes off when it isn’t as if he is super smart or fit or exceptional at anything. He has just been the class clown for a number of years now joking and going to lunch just getting by due to Gilmore’s song and dance variety show he is running rather than a serious unit with any discipline or passion. They all think they are the top dogs up there and jimmy just go look in the mirror and evaluate where you are with this agency. You are just another victim of a command staff who has no interest in developing their people. Just use us all up and you were too stupid to realize it and thought you were in the click. You just became a clown and a prick and no one has any respect for you Hey maybe you would be great in the court house

You know maybe jimmy and others up there might have been productive and grown up if Gilmore wasn’t the supervisor. Gilmore is a nervous wreck scared to death to lead and make decisions. Saying no to everything is not being a decision maker and leader. Has he ever pitched in or had great ideas to move cases along. His reputation at the SAO is so bad that the mere mention of his input will shelf a case. His really strange relationships with certain people should turn your head Pinney? Bray? What was the Gilmore Montoya thing? Why has he TRASHED Haines Simmons and Morgan but is also a little snitch to them. Jimmy is Jimmy but his boss Gilmore didn’t lead him.

Gilmore ain’t got no friends at the feds! He had no problem sucking down the overtime money at the marshals and atf while he poor mouthed ECSO now is a little Morgan puppet fed hater. Used to love their money. Wonder if he thinks his boy Pinney’s lazy atf wife is okay?

So, i know forte was allowed to use his Tahoe to go on dares and run errands, but today I saw MG in his unmarked in santa rosa coming from in Milton around 245. Followed him until he turned in to his neighborhood. Lets see if a frank or slick sleeve could get away with the same thing. Aren't working hours 8 to 4 or 9 to 5??
