That’s a good question, why don’t you ask the city admin during the next meeting. The officers that work for Bartow are asking the same question because they want a change to. Nobody wants BD as chief.

Exactly, I would like to add the decisions made a year before Joe left were all DC. He can not deny this as it was stated by him and Joe both. Truth!
