So it is coming up on a year since Joe got is self in a crack and abruptly retired. The question is why is BD not been named Chief or the position advertised?

Because they can’t investigate a stolen piece of gun if they tried. Patrol is the only ones that can do their jobs. This is the reason why PCSO needs to take over.

It was the right decision because the detectives in DB are very new along with inexperienced. Not trying to be harsh but it is truth. DC knows what he is doing so just go with it.
