Within the next year there will be some big changes BD is keeping his attitude in check for now. My guess is with a new Chief on the horizon changes will come pretty sudden..

Hopefully when the Chief and our new Captain will clean house and get better qualified supervisors to run this agency and the moral will go back up. Too much shadiness whispering plotting talking behind employees backs going on. Definitely in need of a major overhaul

Half the complaints on this site is because someone didn’t get their way and they are butt hurt, so they complain about everything and anything they can make up. Nobody takes anything on this site at face value. If you have a real compliant then file a grievance.

Grievances are something you file for Union Violation or Discipline Action. A COMPLAINT is an actual complaint of a policy violation. A complaint can be made by a citizen, officer or anonymous.So which is it your referring to? Know what you are talking about before you post. Jeez
