    That was hilarious and funny. You should had stayed quite, you had the votes for the investigation. Again, you listen to the Lt who was whispering in your ear. That has been your mistake. I think it was great to talk about history. You didn't have a problem when Chief Xpo rolled 13 back and they saw right through that. Go MCPBA

    The city would have torn this up if they had granted it. Because the position she was demoted from IS NOT a civil service position she can only get a review by true commissioners. If she gets demoted again from the captains position then she’s entitled to civil service. No wonder they can’t pass an exam.
