Getting the same treatment he had when he was a kid. Patrol would sit outside his dads house on South Miami Ave all night while SIS guys hung out inside with the family. Such BS.

All that protection and not one of them can shoot, trained as an active threat tactician, emergency wound management or if they did attend some BS class on those topics they have done nothing to upkeep the training. So good luck if things go sideways in a hurry. It’s scary, the people we put in place of protection. In this case it’s as if they feel more personnel can replace the lack of training. All that said, I don’t even recall a valid threat that would justify that level of protection to begin with. Some folk just want to special I suppose. It just some of the cops here...”I don’t have to really know how to perform... I just got to look good in this uniform” mentality.
