The next batch of bad promotions to go with the ones that were already made. New Captains that are not qualified. Same with Lts and Sgts. Hey Josh, thanks for costing the city $150k but how would you like a promotion! No Sgt. promotions from the road. Couldn't promote people like Reynolds or Thornton (I know they have been gone). Finally hit the bottom of the list with the others. And if you have a question for Lt. Dion you may have to wake him up to ask him! DD's promotions have been as blind as he apparently is!

Brooklyn 99 is more organized, professional and has better leadership than FMPD. Most agencies are a shit show but if this were a contest FMPD would come in first place. Who has a Costco membership so they can get Kool Aid in bulk for the three ring circus tomorrow run by ignorant Ringmaster!
