Does anyone know just what in the world is going on with glase? He's been on admin since that shooting on mothers day! The ASAs office cleared him and FDLE did as well. Both said it was a good shoot. If it wasnt he would have been terminated or locked up! What is admin waiting for? Let the man go back to work. Is our beloved 'brain trust' admin waiting to see how they can make the situation work for them??? Waiting to see how they can spin it politically? Are they waiting to just jam him up? Heaven knows they like doing that! That is the one function they can actually do! What is the story?

Well, he's been on admin for nine months now. If its deemed a good shoot, then do some remedial training with the man and put him back out.

Nine months? Jesus Christ I didn’t realize it had been that long. What’s the hurry. Give it some time and make it a year. This admin is so screwed up. Just another example of why Chip needs to do some house cleaning.
If he has been cleared by the ASA he needs to go back to work. If he needs training then give him some damn training and put him back to work.

If Allday is in charge of that shooting should he be running around moving his big mouth saying it is a training issue? Oh yeah the longer it goes the more he can play make believe he is in charge of something and is important. The training division runs IN SPITE of him. Good people there run it and avoid him at all costs with his disheveled crazy unorganized input. We lost Bonya over him. Allday is another fisherman like his buddy Pinney both more concerned about their real jobs and not their part time ECSO jobs. Study the range scores when he is even present much less calling it. He makes everyone around him worse due to his oppressive nature. Good leaders and instructors make everyone around them better. He is just sorry

I think they are setting him up for the suckers share of some political message for CS campaign. I personally think they are waiting for a good time to fire him to show that CS is an EVEN THINKER when it comes to deadly force situations. Something along those lines. If they were on the level, he would be back by now. Nine freaking months! Life is developed in NINE MONTHS! This shouldn't take so long....unless you have some 'Dr. Evil's plan!
