Here is a complete list of all Florida decertifications, to include everyone from the SSO whose certification was revoked:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ndF...ew?usp=sharing
It only goes back about 30 years (from about 1985 to 2020). Type in "Sarasota County" to speed read through it.

Ainscoe
Ainscoe was 100% decertified. He had his stuff expunged years ago to allow him to do some of the jobs he applied for or has done. Part of his deal was giving up his cert permanently forever to avoid jail time. Falcons offered same deal but attempted to fight it and Ainscoe flipped on him. So some names are eliminated from that list for some reason but are 100% decertified.

Nope, Ainscoe was not decertified, nor was his LEO certification revoked, but he did voluntarily relinquish it.
You are correct about Falcone. He Falcone is decertified and his LEO certification is permanently revoked.
Every single SSO employee who has ever been decertified (aka revoked) is on that list. Bar none.
In Sheriff Tom Knight's case, he was arrested by VPD for disorderly conduct before he was certified as a LEO, and Tom Knight had his arrest expunged (just like Ainscoe had his arrest expunged), so Knight was granted an employment-waiver by the employing agency. In his brother's case (Chris Knight), he remained certified, even after his arrest for domestic battery.

Knight got his ass kicked that night in Venice he wouldn’t shut his mouth. He worked for SPD first for 1 year prior to going to work for his lying woman beating shiz for brain puss brother Chris. Tom is a has been and will soon be citizen Knight. Just another turd.

You are absolutely right, talk is cheap, so let's change that into action. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Chris Knight may have had his arrest record for domestic battery expunged because it's embarrassing, just like...
- Sheriff Tom Knight had his arrest for disorderly conduct expunged because its politically damaging and embarrassing, just like...
- Al Ainscoe had his arrest for dealing in stolen property expunged because its embarrassing. However...
Please click this link to see Chris Knight’s booking paperwork from the night of his arrest. It’s public record.

You must be an old timer to remember those hairy details. Yes, Tom Knight became uncontrollably emotional and he got into a barfight over “woman issues” after he got sloppy drunk. FBI special agents have their professional guidelines for denying Tom Knight a federal security clearance. National security cannot tolerate “documented” emotional outbursts involving alcohol abuse that resulted in violence – and then trying to:
- "minimize events" (sound familiar?) and/or
- "blaming everyone else for what happened" (sound familiar?) and/or
- "manipulating others with charm" (sound familiar?) and/or
- straight-up "lying about issues" (sound familiar?) to FBI special agents
The "totality of the circumstances" can make a subject seem either dishonest or like he is in denial or even sociopathic. Those are bad characteristics for National Security. Remember, there are multiple official and unofficial paper trails that document an unstable emotional history. Knight can easily threaten deputies with punishment, if they do not yield to his angry emotionalism or accusatory outbursts, BUT he cannot forcibly manipulate FBI special agents who question him about specific events.
It’s ironic that both Tom AND Chris Knight have BOTH been arrested over “woman issues” involving out-of-control emotional outbursts while under the influence of alcohol. It would be rude to say that emotion-based bullying runs in the Knight family, but conversely, multiple arrests speak louder than multiple allegations. The arrests speak for themselves.
And now Tom Knight is politically and financially supporting Kurt Hoffman to be the next Sarasota sheriff. What’s next in this charlatan’s charade? Hoffman’s multiple “moral character issues” speak for themselves. Caveat Emptor.
