Wow , some people here are truly idiots , the retirees are not working off duties , the few that are dumb enough to stay around have to do their free or volunteer mandatory hours the rest of the retirees are already working in other departments doing my better , is a city risk management violation to allowed someone that is not employ to work any type of off duties for obvious .
