A last name does not destroy a department. Running a department with your size with how many P/T and or reserves? Over bloated command staff and a serious problem with hiring anyone is the problem. One cop dont make or break a department. Now if your City Commision stopped following the lead of "Banna Republic for Dummies" maybe you could get squared away. But is never going to happen. No disrespect but you will never get any credibility until you fumigate that multi purpose building and they act like they are not plotting the next revolution..

Well you would think MDPD, School Board and the Gables would have passed if it was a name issue??..besides how does someone with such a issue arise to the COP position? The answer is the countless administrations, City Commisoners. How the f#ck did the Toledo brothers run that City for all those years?
