Tell you what. We will trust him as much as he trusts us.

It’s not an issue of avoiding overtime. He is trying not to burnout the 80 percent of us that don’t work all of the crazy hours. It’s not his fault that we are now getting the brunt of all of the spring breakers in the country but he does have the enormous task of how to police it. Also consider we game never been impacted with a spring break like this before. Given the circumstances he is doing the best he can to not overwork us. If you are one of the ones who like to work then there will still be plenty of voluntary overtime and off duty on your day off.

Rick talking about yourself in third person is pretty freaky and unstable. Smoke and Mirrors can only get you so far.

the Beach is back in Beach cop hands! With that being said, the micromanaging.. the lack of trust.. the behind the back “14’s” on fellow cops will ramp up. Always remember the people who lack the most..make the most noise so they appear competent. We have some very bad people in extremely powerful positions. Be warned..be careful.

It’s too late they think you are a joke now climb back to a closet job and leave police work to the real lieutenants
That’s funny coming out of left field like that about Rosa, but you are so correct about her, so sad!

Guys be careful showing up to the 2/26 Commission Meeting. Even though the Union is coming out publicly supporting the Ocean Drive Businesses you will be blackballed by the Chief if he sees you there. Paranoia has taken over and anyone seen as the “enemy” will be punished.
