    Vote of no Confidence

After seeing the latest forcing you to take days off to avoid OT and telling us that “we knew what we signed up for” I have lost all confidence in the Chief. Happy to see the Union more united than ever before. Very proud of Kevin who recognizes that Ricky is not a man of his word.

I will say this the chief and the rest of the upper brass stated the super bowl was a one time deal and one of the biggest events in the world and the staffing plan that was put into place was for that reason and I for one agreed. They also said we would not do this for spring break and now they are. I can’t believe we are in full panic mode over this spring break. And don’t forget there is about 50 other events going on during that time as well but the chief could care less he’s only worried about ocean Dr.

Tricky has lost all trust. He needs to leave. Dan Oates trusted us more than one of our own. Sad to write this but RC is not Chief material. 150 cops for Ocean Drive? Really? Swapping out days off and shifts avoid OT? Really?

What did you people expect to happen? Look at the culture that has been growing here over the last 10 years... just look at the most of the rank of Lt and up and you will see the common thread..

RC has always been smoke and mirrors. The difference now is that he has no one to hide behind. He talks a great game about Family First. Lol. He’s the perfect example of how not to be. 70 hour work weeks, sleeping in the station, TA. GMAFB!

Once our agency went to this new promotion testing company IO Solutions the quality of supervisors has really fallen off. Lack of experience and being able to test too early in their career has become the downfall of this department. And it sure shows with the hair brain decisions that are made. Micro management is a sure way to see the lack of confidence a supervisor has.

Be careful what you say in rollcall. RC will call you upstairs and question you. This is the level of ridiculousness that we have gotten to at the MBPD.

How is that a bad thing? Stand by your word! Or would you rather be a little school girl and talk shit when he is not “listening”? Pu$$y!

Thank you Rob. Now get back to the Castle and kiss some more booty. This isn’t Cuba where you get retaliated for questioning the Dictator. BTW no need to brief the chief about Leo because he’s on here all the time. He’s also the one who keeps bumping the Macho Man post to bury the truth. If he wants to force us to work he needs to pay the price. Now all of a sudden he’s the reverse Robin Hood.

Lighten up Rosa we know you are a lieutenant you don’t have to remind us everyday. Your getting a tad bit out of control with your ego. Not to mention your poor decision making skills. If you think by being a complete ars all the time is going to make the Troops respect you your sadly mistaken. It’s too late they think you are a joke now climb back to a closet job and leave police work to the real lieutenants
